Competition Site Terms & Conditions

1. The National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition is open to attendees aged 18 and over.
2. Employees or agencies of Virbac Limited, its group companies or their family members, persons working for or associated to competitors of Virbac Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion are ineligible.
3. Entrants to the National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. Personal data submitted on the Virbac Limited stand at the National Youngstock Conference will not be shared with a 3rd party. Data will be stored securely and only be used by Virbac Limited if the entrant opts-in to receive further communication.
5. To enter the prize draw to win a £250 Holland Cooper voucher delegates must answer the prize draw question correctly. Delegates can only enter the competition once.
6. There will be one winner and one prize. There will be no runners up or runner up prizes.
7. The winner will be selected at random after the event and notified using the contact details provided.
8. Entries to the National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition received after the event will not be considered.
9. The prize is non-transferable. If the winner chooses not to accept their prize it will be forfeited and passed to another entrant.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all promotional/PR activity as requested by Virbac Limited.
11. Virbac Limited reserves the right to re-allocate unclaimed or forfeited prizes.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Virbac Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
14. Virbac Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition or accepting the prize.
15. Virbac Limited reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Virbac Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Virbac Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
17. The National Youngstock Conference 2026 stand competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
