1. The Virbac Pets Conference 2024 stand competition is open to employees of Vets for Pets veterinary practices aged 18 and over.
2. Employees or agencies of Virbac Limited, its group companies or their family members, persons working for or associated to competitors of Virbac or anyone else connected with the promotion are ineligible.
3. Entrants to the Virbac Pets Conference stand competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. Personal data submitted on the Virbac stand at the Pets Conference will not be shared with a 3rd party. Data will only be used by Virbac if the entrant opts-in to receive further communication. The winner will be contacted by phone. Data will be stored securely and destroyed after the prize draw has taken place.
5. To enter the prize draw to win a Fortnum & Mason Hamper delegates must answer the prize draw question with a member of Virbac staff on stand. Delegates can only enter the competition once.
6. There will be one winner and one prize. There will be no runners up or runner up prizes.
7. The winner will be selected at random after the event and notified using the contact details provided.
8. Entries to the Virbac Pets Conference stand competition received after the event will not be considered.
9. The prize is non-transferable. If the winner chooses not to accept their prize it will be forfeited and passed to another entrant.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all promotional/PR activity as requested by Virbac.
11. Virbac reserves the right to re-allocate unclaimed or forfeited prizes.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Virbac Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
14. Virbac Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Virbac Pets Conference stand competition or accepting the prize.

Virbac Limited reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Virbac Pets Conference stand competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
